A receipt is required to make any claim on the warranty of a plant!
We guarantee all plant material to be viable for one year from time of purchase. If a plant does not survive we will issue a new plant or store credit for the purchase or sale price.
We do not warranty any plant material that has suffered from neglect, disease, infestation, animal damage, or improper site placement. If you suspect any of these occurrences, please call the nursery and a representative will contact you.
Any claim for warranty must be verbally discussed with a Sweet Pea employee before any action is taken. For any additional question or concerns, please call (406) 586-6166 or contact us.
A receipt is required for all returns!
Plant items may be returned for store credit up to 7 days from date of purchase. We will not accept plant material that shows visible signs of neglect or has been altered in any way.
Non-plant items may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to match the way the item was originally paid for. When a check was written, 10 days must have passed since the date of purchase to receive cash back. For items paid for by check and returned in less than 10 days, store credit will be issued.
We do not accept returns on visibly damaged or neglected merchandise.
